Responsibilities
- Review and verify all closing documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable real estate laws and regulations
- Coordinate with title companies, lenders, attorneys, and clients to facilitate seamless document preparation and signing processes
- Manage the closing process from initial review to closing, including preparing settlement statements and escrow instructions
- Communicate effectively with all parties involved to address questions or discrepancies promptly
- Maintain detailed records of all transactions, correspondence, and legal documentation for audit readiness and future reference
Requirements
- Computer experience
- Excellent customer service skills to assist clients through the closing process with professionalism and clarity
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders involved in real estate transactions
- Real Estate or Banking experience is a plus, but will train the right candidate
