We are seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team with a large, well established building materials distributor. This position offers a base salary and a competitive commission structure. The territory is within close proximity to West Los Angeles, Ventura County and the San Fernando Valley.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage accounts and provide ongoing account management support
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technical or technology sales environment
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Demonstrated success in account management and building customer relationships
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in building materials sales or related field preferred
