Retail Store Manager – Bilingual (Spanish Required)

T-Link is a Metro by T-Mobile Authorized Dealer looking for Sales Professionals to join a high paced organization. We offer career paths for individuals who are performance oriented to work their way up.

Responsibilities:

• Learn our sales process and be ready to greet Customers with enthusiasm.
• Hire, schedule, and supervise Wireless Sales Associates.
• Provide consistent sales training using corporate Sales Process.
• Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPI) as defined by company and industry standards.
• Perform daily interactions of coaching/mentoring for the team.
• Create a positive work environment for your team and lead by example.
• Handle customer situations and make equitable decisions for the customer and the company.
• Solicit, coordinate, schedule, and participate in community events and perform other duties as assigned by management
• Set an example of high personal and professional conduct for employees and others.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Bilingual in Spanish Required.
• Must be available to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must possess outstanding organizational, leadership, and motivational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good at math and cash handling.
• Background check required.
• Ready to lean, work hard (flexible scheduling)

Schedule:

• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus/Commission pay

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Supervising Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $19.00 per hour
