Are you an experienced roofer ready to climb to the next rung in your career? We’re hiring for a Roofing Service Lead Tech to run a two-man service crew for commercial roof repairs. What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading a 2-man service crew on commercial roofing service calls
- Tracking down, diagnosing, and fixing roof leaks
- Installing and repairing pipe penetrations and curb flashing
- Handling small repair and maintenance jobs
- Talking with customers on-site and explaining what you found and what you fixed
- Upselling customers on our Preventive Roof Maintenance services
- Taking photos and filling out daily paperwork clearly and accurately
- Keeping jobsites safe, clean, and professional
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of commercial roofing experience
- Demonstrable hands-on experience and knowledge with EPDM, PVC, TPO and Modified roofing systems
- Professional attitude and appearance — this is a customer-facing role
- Exceptional attention to detail (photos, notes, paperwork, timekeeping, etc.)
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel, including occasional overnights
- Unwavering commitment to safety
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Journeyman roofer certification
- Sales or upselling experience
- Experience training or leading others
- Construction management or related degree

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.28 - $31.48 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
