- Conduct evaluations and assessments for pediatric clients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each child's goals and needs
- Address areas such as fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care abilities, coordination, and functional independence
- Partner with parents and caregivers to provide education and strategies that support progress outside of therapy sessions
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and maximize outcomes
- Monitor progress and modify treatment approaches as needed
- Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive therapy experience for children and families
- Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current North Dakota Occupational Therapy license or eligibility for licensure
- Pediatric experience is preferred; mentorship and support are available for motivated new graduates and therapists transitioning into pediatrics
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
- Commitment to providing compassionate, family-centered care
- Passion for helping children achieve meaningful developmental goals
