- Collaborate with occupational therapists to evaluate patients' strengths and areas of improvement
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy to pediatric patients using a variety of techniques and tools
- Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Educate and involve parents in home-based therapy activities and practices
