Compensation & Benefits
- $24.00–$40.00 per hour (DOE)

- Assist Occupational Therapists in carrying out individualized pediatric treatment plans
- Deliver engaging therapy activities that support sensory, motor, and developmental growth
- Monitor patient progress and accurately document therapy sessions
- Encourage families with techniques and activities that reinforce therapy goals at home
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy team
- Help create a positive, encouraging environment where children enjoy learning and growing
- Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) credential
- North Dakota licensure or ability to obtain licensure
- Pediatric experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
