Position Overview: The BCBA at T&K Innovators plays a critical role in ensuring high-quality service delivery within the day program by maintaining compliance with authorized service hours, documentation, and reporting requirements. This position upholds the organization’s purpose, vision, core values, and accountability standards while supporting positive client outcomes and satisfaction. The BCBA provides on-site consultation, staff training, and performance support, promptly addresses service-related concerns, and incorporates feedback to continuously improve service quality. Coaching, training, and professional development of consultants may be included, with supervision responsibilities assigned as needed.
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS for this position
- (REQUIRED) Master’s degree
- (REQUIRED) BCBA Certification
- Additional certifications in supervisory or management roles may be advantageous.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in behavior analysis, crisis management, or a related field, with at least one year in a supervisory or managerial role.
