What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sealcoat & Linestripe Laborer - $750 sign on bonus position at T&K Asphalt Services?
$750 sign on bonus to be paid $250 after 30 days, $250 after 60 days, and $250 after 90 days of full-time employment.
GENERAL SUMMARY & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS*
No experience necessary, willing to train
- Crack sealing, Sealcoating, and Linestriping
Maintaining equipment
Sweeping and clean up
Must be available to work nights and weekends
Out of state work may be required
PREPARATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Class D license
OSHA 10
Must abide by all safety policies
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions
- The employee frequently works near moving mechanical parts, works outdoors under adverse weather conditions such as hot and or humid or cold and or stormy weather.
- Works with hazardous materials
- Be able to lift, carry, push, pull, and stooping-bending up to 50lbs throughout the day
Be able to stand several hours a day- Must be able to work the snow season
