Responsibilities
- Oversee gaming areas to ensure all activities adhere to casino policies and regulations
- Assist guests with game rules, procedures, and machine operations to enhance their experience
- Manage cash handling duties accurately, including chip exchanges and payouts
- Monitor slot machines for suspicious activity or conflicts, intervening promptly when needed
- Address guest inquiries, resolve conflicts professionally, and ensure a positive atmosphere
- Conduct regular safety checks and ensure compliance with all gaming regulations and security protocols
Experience
- Strong background in customer service, conflict management, and guest relations
- Experience handling cash transactions with accuracy and basic math skills
- Familiarity with casino operations, gaming regulations, and responsible gaming practices is preferred
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with diverse guests and team members
