Position: Bilingual Sales Representative
Location: Houston, TX
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Base Salary Commission
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with vehicle selection and financing options
- Clearly and accurately explain Buy Here Pay Here programs
- Build and maintain positive relationships with a diverse customer base
- Promote dealership inventory and specials through social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Create engaging content and respond to customer inquiries online
- Maintain accurate records and follow up with leads promptly
Requirements:
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) – preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Active social media presence and ability to create engaging content
- Car sales, or marketing experience
- Friendly, reliable, and motivated to succeed
