We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and customer-focused Bilingual Collections Representative (English/Spanish) to join our Buy Here Pay Here dealership.
Responsibilities:
- Contact customers regarding past-due accounts by phone, text, and email.
- Collect payments while maintaining a professional and respectful attitude.
- Negotiate payment arrangements and follow up on commitments.
- Document all customer communications accurately.
- Process payments and maintain customer account records.
- Work with customers to resolve payment issues.
- Assist with skip tracing when necessary.
- Meet daily and monthly collection goals.
- Provide excellent customer service while protecting company assets.
Qualifications:
- Must be bilingual (English & Spanish).
- Previous collections or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Automotive finance or Buy Here Pay Here experience is a plus.
