About the Position
Trusted Facility Solutions is looking for a dependable, motivated, and hands-on Janitorial Supervisor to lead our team at a customer facility in Bowling Green, Kentucky.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys leading people but isn't afraid to work alongside their team. Our supervisors play an active role in the daily operation—helping clean, training employees, inspecting work, managing coverage, and ensuring our customer receives consistent, high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities
As a Janitorial Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and supporting the daily janitorial team
- Working alongside employees to complete daily cleaning responsibilities
- Assigning work and ensuring tasks are completed correctly and on time
- Conducting quality-control inspections and facility audits
- Training and onboarding new employees
- Managing employee attendance, call-offs, and daily coverage
- Holding employees accountable to TFS standards and expectations
- Monitoring cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment
- Ensuring proper safety procedures and PPE requirements are followed
- Identifying and correcting cleaning or staffing issues
- Maintaining organized janitorial closets and work areas
- Communicating regularly with TFS management
- Building a professional relationship with our customer
- Helping create a positive, dependable, and accountable team culture

Pay & Advancement
The position starts at $18.00 per hour.
