T&F Drugs Inc. is the proud parent company of five premiere Northern New Jersey Pharmacies: Ho-Ho-Kus Pharmacy located in Ho-Ho-Kus, Sicomac Pharmacy of Wyckoff, De Blieck’s Pharmacy of North Haledon, Burgio's Pharmacy of Totowa, NJ and Atlas Drug & Nutrition of North Bergen, NJ. Each of our pharmacies is privately owned and takes great pride in providing our customers with exceptional service and support. We are currently seeking to hire numerous Part-time Delivery Drivers for varied store locations. Evenings/Weekend Hours available.
TASKS:
- Load vehicle with packages scheduled for the day’s deliveries.
- Determines most efficient order of delivery and prepares schedule showing order to be followed.
- Consults with supervisor with any unusual problems.
- Delivers packages and gets receiving slips signed.
- Collect money from customers, make change, and record transactions on customer’s receipts.
- Uses cell phone to report on progress of deliveries.
- Picks up returns and items of use for the pharmacy.
- Maintains simple records of deliveries and vehicle mileage.
- Follows maintenance schedule for having vehicle serviced. Takes vehicle for service when instructed to do so. Reports any mechanical problems to supervisor.
- Assists in general pharmacy duties upon completing delivery route. Performs other related duties as assigned.
- ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ex: Stocking vials and bottles daily, taking out garbage, stocking adequate supply of laser and nursing home labels, RX pads, fax paper, etc.
- Flexibility in using company car or their own personal car.
