HVAC Lead Installer Requirements:
- Perform in-home residential and light commercial HVAC installations with complete start-up
- Manage and organize workflow with installation crew
- Follow all safety procedures
- Complete jobs with integrity and pride in your work
- Communicate scope of work, activity, and system operation with the homeowner
HVAC Lead Installer Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Great attitude and willingness to do it right the first time
- Must be able to pass drug screen and background check
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- EPA 608 Refrigerant Certification
