Responsibilities
Training Development and Implementation 55%
- Creates and delivers high-level training and development programs for ILI Operations
- Coordinates with department manager/supervisors to ensure a qualified staff through developing and implementing training curriculum and certification programs
- Ensures all processes and procedures are documented and in compliance with industry and company requirements
- Conducts periodic audits to ensure compliance with approved company practices and procedures
- Assists in the implementation of new products and software and changes to existing products and software
- Assists in the tracking and renewal of operational qualifications
- Provides support and addresses operational issues and challenges
- Leads or supports departmental projects aimed at enhancing processes
- Troubleshoots hardware and software
- Reviews and provides performance feedback for product support and software development
- Consults with internal and external clients on project feasibility and technical support
- Bachelor of Science degree in business, engineering, instructional design, or other related education preferred
- Minimum of 18 months of Field Services experience in the pipeline inspection industry, including achievement of Level II certification, Level III preferred in at least one In-Line Inspection technology, or at least two years of experience developing training curriculum and facilitating content of a technical nature
- Familiarity with pipeline or oil industry desired
- Prior exposure to web development or online webinar content development (i.e. Moodle, Articulate) preferred
- Strong facilitation and classroom instruction skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
