WE’RE HIRING: MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting production machinery and facility equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
✅ What You’ll Do:
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
- Diagnose equipment issues and minimize downtime
- Work with motors, conveyors, pumps, pressure systems, and production equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports
- Support a safe and efficient manufacturing operation
What We’re Looking For:
✔ 3-Phase Electrical Experience (Required)
✔ Industrial Maintenance Experience
✔ Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems
✔ Blueprint and schematic reading skills
✔ High School Diploma or equivalent
✔ Vocational training in mechanical/electrical trades and/or 5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience

Essential Responsibilities

- Diagnose equipment issues using testing instruments
- Repair and replace defective components using hand & power tools
- Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers & precision tools
- Fabricate repair parts when needed
- Maintain accurate maintenance documentation
- Communicate effectively across operations teams
- Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong mechanical & electrical aptitude
- Experience with measuring instruments & maintenance reporting
- Dependable attendance and flexibility with schedules
- Comfortable working outside normal business hours when needed
- Ability to collaborate with employees at all organizational levels
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Technical/vocational training in mechanical or electrical trades preferred
- Industry experience strongly valued
Physical & Work Environment
- Medium to high noise manufacturing environment, Ear Protection is required to be worn
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and equipment handling
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Safety-focused industrial setting
