We are looking for an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead crews in active data center environments throughout Ashburn, VA.
This role is hands-on and leadership-driven. You will be responsible for running projects in the field, coordinating with customers and end users, and ensuring all work is completed safely, on schedule, and to a high standard.
Projects range from full computer room fit-outs to service upgrades and renovations.
- Lead and manage electrical crews on mission-critical/data center projects
- Coordinate daily work with project managers, clients, and site teams
- Install and oversee installation of electrical distribution systems
- Maintain project schedules and drive production
- Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with NEC and site requirements
- Read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications
- Troubleshoot issues and keep the job moving
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring methods, and the NEC
- Proven experience in electrical contracting (data center experience strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated leadership and crew management experience
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of safety standards and jobsite compliance
- Relevant electrical license or certifications preferred
- Foremen who can run work without being babysat
