Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal in designated areas
- Clean restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to meet health and safety standards
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently and safely
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Maintain a neat and organized work environment throughout shifts
Skills
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality of work
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties which may include lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills for teamwork and reporting issues
- Prior experience in cleaning or janitorial services is a plus but not required
