TBA is a family owned small business since 1974. We sell and deliver auto parts to our customers. We are looking for responsible Delivery Drivers/Independent Contract drivers to distribute products promptly to our customers, CSR/Counter Sales Representatives to answer phone calls and take orders for our customers, and also Warehouse associates to help out with our daily tasks around the warehouse. We have several different locations around Indiana, including several in the Indianapolis area, Muncie, Anderson, Avon, Greenfield, Noblesville, and Carmel. You will represent our company in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase our profitability and customer satisfaction.
Driver Responsibilities
- Drop off and or pick-up items from customers while adhering to assigned routes and time schedules.
- Review invoices before delivery to ensure they are complete and match parts being delivered.
- Assist with loading and unloading items from vehicles
- Accept payments for delivered items
- Provide excellent customer service by being polite, professional, answering questions, handling customer complaints and forwarding major issues to dispatcher or GM
- Abide by ALL transportation laws
- Drive safely and consider all weather conditions
- Perform daily vehicle inspection before leaving each morning: reporting any issues with dispatcher

Driver Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Clean driving record
- Attention to detail
- Be able to lift 75lbs
- 2 plus years' experience in related field
- Have excellent communication skills
- Ability to converse with customers in a professional manner
- Ability to interface with PC/software
- Have a smartphone
- Valid professional driver’s license
Warehouse Associate Responsibilities
- Assist in tracking inventory
- Assist in credit department
- Assist in pulling product for hot shot delivery
- Keeping warehouse organized and cleaned
- Perform all duties requested by warehouse management

Warehouse Associate Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- 2 years' experience in related field
- Have excellent organizational skills
- Must be a quick learner
- Ability to interface with PC/software
- Ability to work with others
- Heavy lifting up to 75lbs
CSR/Counter Sales Responsibilities
- Answer calls in the counter queue in a timely manner
- Accurately look up parts per customer request gathering as much information as possible to ensure customer will receive proper parts
- Offer multiply options;price and quality
- Up-sell related products according to the job.
- Communicate to customer any delays that may occur during delivery, i.e., buyouts, transfers
- Take customer complaint calls, and escalate to CSR Supervisor if you can't resolve the issue
- NEVER say NO
- Follow orders through delivery, especially buyouts
- Work closely with Dispatch to ensure prompt delivery
- Assist purchasing department with logging lost sales
- ALWAYS keep TBA's best interest in mind
CSR/Counter Sales Requirements
- High School diploma or GED; some secondary schooling preferred
- 4 plus years' experience in related fields
- Have excellent communication skills
- Have excellent organizational skills
- Must be a quick learner
- Ability to converse with customers in a professional manner
- Ability to interface with PC/software
- Ability to work with and lead others
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
