Project Name: National Guard (NG) Professional Education Center (PEC) Information Technology Division’s Network Enterprise Center (NEC) Information Technology and Visual Information Support
Location: Camp Joseph T. Robinson in North Little Rock, Arkansas
Background: The NGPEC NEC provides enterprise-level Information Technology, telecommunications, infrastructure, and Visual Information support to enable training and operational readiness for the Army National Guard across all states and territories. This contract supports mission-critical systems, classroom technologies, conferencing capabilities, and enterprise collaboration platforms used by staff, students, and leadership.
All personnel will operate in a structured, performance-based environment with defined service level expectations, helpdesk ticketing workflows, and compliance with DoD cybersecurity and operational policies.
Position Overview
Leads development, integration, and sustainment of custom applications and automation solutions within the NGPEC enterprise environment.
Experience Level: Senior (10 years experience, MA/MS preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy custom applications and workflows
- Develop solutions using JavaScript, C#, PowerShell, JSON, and related technologies
- Build and maintain Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Ensure interoperability across enterprise systems and applications
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications
- Provide technical documentation and validation prior to deployment
- Support rapid implementation timelines for approved solutions
Required Skills
- Full-stack or enterprise application development experience
- Microsoft 365 and SharePoint development experience
- Workflow automation and scripting
- Strong problem-solving and systems integration experience

- Active SECRET clearance
- Compliance with DoD cybersecurity and training requirements (DoD 8140, Cyber Awareness, OPSEC, etc.)
- Ability to work on-site in a secure government environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to operate within a structured, ticket-driven support environment
