Compensation
- $65,000 – $85,000 Base Salary (Based on Experience)
- Performance Bonuses tied to production and job completion
- Earning potential exceeding $100,000 annually
- Year-round work (no seasonal layoffs)

In This Role, You will:
- Lead full residential remodels from demo through final punch
- Set the production pace and enforce quality standards
- Manage and train 2–4 carpenters
- Coordinate with Project Management and subcontractors
- Identify problems early and solve them without drama
- Protect job timelines and production margins
- Maintain elite-level jobsite cleanliness and professionalism
- Represent T&A as a leader — not just a worker
- This is not a clock-in, clock-out position.
- This is a leadership position in the field.
What We Expect
- 7 years residential remodeling experience
- Strong experience in bathrooms and kitchens (tile layout and installation, light plumbing/electrical, cabinet install, trim, framing corrections)
- Ability to read plans and verify layouts independently
- Comfort running jobs without being babysat
- Production mindset — understands timeline and labor control
- Leadership maturity (you don’t need to yell to lead)
- Pride in high-end finishes and clean execution
- Strong communication skills with homeowners
