Duties
- Supervise and direct a paving crew to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
- Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, and asphalt pavers to facilitate paving activities
- Collaborate with project managers to plan daily activities, monitor progress, and troubleshoot issues promptly
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction site management with a focus on paving projects
- Strong mechanical knowledge of heavy equipment operation including excavators, loaders, and asphalt pavers.
- Familiarity with construction safety standards and best practices on active sites
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively
