POSITION SUMMARY:
This position leads the team of Recovery Associates and manages all aspects of the Recovery department, ensuring that Villa Sport members receive a five-star service recovery experience. The Recovery Supervisor is responsible for driving Recovery Membership growth, engagement, and retention through relationship building, community presence, and operational excellence.
This role plays a key part in growing Recovery revenue, promoting Recovery, increasing member penetration, and achieving monthly KPIs and goals as set by the National Recovery Director.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Member Experience & Engagement
- Build authentic relationships with members and team members through meaningful conversations and personalized experiences.
- Greet members by name, assess their recovery needs, and guide them through their journey, including planning future visits and setting long-term goals.
- Actively engage with members throughout the club to promote Recovery services and drive membership sales, renewals, and upgrades.
- Maintain ongoing communication with members to support retention and ensure a best-in-class experience.
- Handle member requests and service recovery opportunities promptly and professionally.
- Sales, Marketing & Events
- Achieve monthly membership sales goals and KPIs through proactive engagement and relationship-building.
- Plan and execute monthly Recovery events, activations, and demonstrations to increase awareness and engagement.
- Maintain a consistent and engaging social media presence, highlighting Recovery services, success stories, and promotions.
- Collaborate with the National Recovery Director on digital content strategies and regularly audit website content for accuracy.
- Facility & Operations Management
- Ensure Recovery spaces, equipment, and amenities are clean, inviting, and maintained in like-new condition.
- Be “IN ZONE” in Recovery 90% of the time while balancing reception and coordination duties.
- Accurately process POS transactions for sessions, packages, and memberships.
- Assist members with scheduling via the Villa Sport App.
- Manage expenses including labor, COGS, and supplies to meet budget and profitability targets.
- Schedule staff efficiently to meet service demand while staying within budget.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS INCLUDE:
- $17.00-$17.85 hourly, based on relevant experience to the role. Full-time hours.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience
- Thorough knowledge of athletic recovery operations to include, but not limited to recovery equipment, staffing and budget management.
- Thorough knowledge of athletic recovery treatment protocol, and processes.
- Minimum of 2 years leadership experience coaching a team.
- Knowledge of a POS systems.
- Experience with club management systems.
- Communication
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking and approaching members at the club.

- Ability to focus on a task or assignment through completion.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
