POSITION SUMMARY:
The General Manager (GM) maintains overall responsibility for effectively managing all facets of
gym operations and revenue generation.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Possess a thorough understanding of facility operations as defined by company standards
- Comprehensive knowledge of all facility operational, sales, and management systems
- Proficient in the use of all software programs that are utilized at the facility
- Ability and experience in effectively motivating and managing a staff of employees
- Achieve a successful track record of personal production
- Successfully demonstrate leadership of effectively running production meetings
- Demonstrate understanding of the sales reporting and content in regard to affecting positive change in challenging performance areas
- Possess complete understanding of the GM position description and compensation plan
- Thorough understanding of all company policies and procedures
