Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist, located in San Luis Obispo, CA. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for managing HR functions, implementing HR policies, and administering employee benefits. Daily tasks include handling employee relations, managing recruitment processes, maintaining and updating employee records, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. And assisting with Accounts Receivable and Account Payble.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive understanding of Human Resources (HR) fundamentals, HR Management, and HR Policies
- Proficiency in Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
- Organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the technology industry is a plus
