What are the responsibilities and job description for the Network Analyst position at SYSTEMTEC?
SYSTEMTEC is seeking a Network Analyst to join our Network Team. You will be on a team that plays a critical role in maintaining the security, reliability, and efficiency of the company’s network infrastructure. Candidates must be highly collaborative and customer-focused, ensuring business applications are available, stable, and operational.
Partial Onsite - Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and as needed - Overtime, On Call, Weekends and Off Hour work will be required
Core Hours: 8-5pm eastern
Required Qualifications of the Network Analyst
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.
- Required Education: Bachelor's in a job related field. Degree Equivalency: 4 year job related work experience or Associate's and 2 year job related work experience
- Work Experience: 6 years of working in infrastructure/network environments performing analysis (hardware and/or software), planning, and implementation
- Required Technologies: Palo Alto Firewall, F5
- Preferred Technologies: Cisco ACI, Ansible, GitHub
Responsibilities of the Network Analyst
- Implement network security remediations
- Manage network migrations
- Provide network support for new business applications
- Define network structures for new and existing environments
- Leverage automation in network processes
- Utilize Cisco ACI for next-generation networking initiatives
- Support disaster recovery testing and implementation efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to ensure uptime and stability
