Lead Business Analyst
SYSTEMTEC is seeking a Lead Business Analyst for a Hybrid opportunity. Candidate will develop and support new or existing products, processes and systems.
Required Qualifications of the Lead Business Analyst:
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.
- Master's degree in business administration, management or any related field, plus 4 years of experience in business analysis
- Extensive knowledge of SDLC Life Cycle and Industry best practices
- Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, MS Visio and MS Power Point, MS Visual Studio
- Experience with SQL Server Management Studio and SSRS Reporting tools
- Ability to write test cases and test plan
- Experience in guiding customers through User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Experience as system expert for product and customer support
Responsibilities of the Lead Business Analyst:
- Analyze information and requirements and document them into business, functional, and systems requirement documents and communicate them with team and business users.
- Implement the entire Agile methodology of application development with its various activities including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Retrospective and Sprint review.
- Build field to field data mapping specifications to document systems interface and migration initiatives utilizing MS Excel, MS Word, and SQL Server Management Studio.
- Prioritize outstanding defects and system problems based on business values, ensuring accuracy and deadlines are met.
- Identify and participate in resolution of business system issues with users.
- Write User Acceptance Test Plans based on business users requirements and review Test Plan templates
Work Location: Hybrid (Onsite Tuesday – Thursday)
