Sr. Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer - Onsite in Columbia, SC.
SYSTEMTEC is seeking a Sr. Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer with extensive security automation experience using Python and Bash. This role will support new efforts in identity & access management and security automation, focusing on the implementation, integration, and operationalization of enterprise security technologies. Candidates MUST reside in South Carolina and must be comfortable working mostly ONSITE in Columbia, SC.
Required Qualifications of the Sr. Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer:
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in Identity & Access Control, logging, and reporting systems.
- Must have at least 5 years of experience working with Linux, Windows, and network security protocols and procedures.
- Must have at least 5 years of experience working in enterprise environments on system deployments.
Responsibilities of the Sr. Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer:
- Implement, configure, and support Identity and Access Management including SSO (Single Sign On), MFA (Multifactor Authentication), Active Directory, and Application Identity integrations.
- Responsible for developing and implementing automation solutions.
- Plan, design, develop, and implement enterprise security solutions aligned with business goals and risk posture.
- Design, deploy, and manage countermeasures to known security threats.
- Develop preventative mitigation strategies for emerging threats.
- Ensure, validate, and measure consistent application of protective measures across enterprise applications and infrastructure.
Work Location: Fully onsite in Columbia, SC
