Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust solutions within Salesforce CRM (Auto Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) to support critical captive finance operations and enhance customer interaction processes.
• Evaluate and articulate the pros and cons of various technical implementation and architectural options, presenting clear recommendations and building consensus among technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Architect, build, and manage scalable and secure integration services using GCP native tools, primarily Cloud Functions, to enable real-time, event-driven communications and data synchronization between Salesforce platforms and other enterprise systems.
• Lead the development, configuration, and execution of marketing campaigns and transactional messaging initiatives using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including email and push notification strategies.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and other technical teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver effective solutions across CRM, marketing automation, and integration platforms.
• Contribute to the establishment and enforcement of best practices, technical standards, and comprehensive documentation for CRM, Marketing Cloud, and GCP integration solutions.
• Stay abreast of new technologies and trends in Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and GCP to recommend and implement innovative solutions that enhance our capabilities.

Skills Required:

• Solution Architecture, GCP, Enterprise Architecture, Salesforce.Com
• Solution Architecture – Design, develop, and maintain robust solutions within Salesforce CRM (Auto Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) to support critical captive finance operations and enhance customer interaction processes.
• GCP – experience with GCP native services, especially Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, API Gateway, and other serverless technologies for building robust, event-driven integration service.
• Enterprise Architecture –Evaluate and articulate the pros and cons of various technical implementation and architectural options, presenting clear recommendations and building consensus among technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Salesforce.Com - Deep experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Auto Cloud, including configuration, customization (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components), data models, and API integrations.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud: Strong background in Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, AMPscript, SSJS, Data Extensions, Automation Studio, and various integration patterns with Salesforce CRM and external systems.

Skills Preferred:

• Marketing Automation
• Relevant Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Salesforce App Architect, System Architect, Platform Developer I/II, Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Developer, Data Cloud consultant).
• Relevant GCP Certifications (e.g., Associate Cloud Engineer, Professional Cloud Developer, Professional Cloud Architect).
