Job Summary
Provides essential project and administrative office support, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
Telework is not supported.
Responsibilities and Duties
Manages office supplies, coordinating with vendors and maintenance staff to keep the workspace fully operational and professional. Maintains and updates company databases and spreadsheets with a high degree of accuracy, including tracking mobile devices and ensuring proper accountability, control, and lifecycle management of assigned equipment and organizational assets. Acts as the point of contact for contract deliverables. Coordinates and produces monthly reporting deliverables, ensuring data is accurate and error free, Maintains accurate tracking records and upload deliverables in the shared repository.
Qualifications and Skills
Required knowledge and years of experience
Must have at least six (6) years of experience. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
Education Requirements
Associates Degree or higher.
