As a Business Development Specialist, you’ll drive new client acquisition and offer tailored hiring solutions that make a real impact. This is a performance-driven, outbound sales role with a clear path to leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Proactively generate new business by identifying hiring authorities and uncovering talent needs
- Sell SRI’s full suite of staffing and search services with clarity and confidence
- Lead the full sales process from initial outreach to contract close
- Collaborate with recruiters to ensure successful placements and client satisfaction
- Build and grow a profitable book of business
- Consistently exceed KPIs and sales targets
