Our manufacturing client is looking for a dynamic leader with 5 7 years of experience as a Product Manager in designing, configuring, and deploying end-to-end business processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders at all levels and must have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with the JDE ERP platform. A bachelor s degree (or equivalent) in a related field is also required for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Strong JDE functional knowledge across Manufacturing, HR, and Finance and an understanding of JDE architecture.
- Comprehensive product management experience spanning the full lifecycle, from market research, requirements gathering, and data-driven road mapping to go-to-market execution.
- Proven success applying Agile methodologies in product management.
- Exceptional customer and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships, communicate effectively across all levels, and influence without direct authority.
- Strategic insight into the ERP market, including awareness of technology trends and the ability to align product direction with evolving business needs.
