Program Control Administrator
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides oversight and leadership for the finance/business management function within the contract's programs.
- Directs, implements, and administers program financial processes in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, corporate policies, and Government/CASB regulations.
- Completes project setup in accounting system (UNANET), updating as required to reflect project changes. Develops and maintains cost allocation approaches.
- Prepares all internal and external financial deliverables, including reports, plans, and notifications. Prepares ad hoc analyses as required.
- Develops and tracks financial metrics that measure project financial performance.
- Participates in risk management in conjunction with the Program Leadership.
- Interfaces with internal and external stakeholders for the purpose of communicating project financial status, serving as a business partner and adviser.
- Ensures invoices are accurate and submitted on time, minimizing program outstanding financials.
- Leads the development of short-term and long-term budgeting and forecasting in accordance with objectives for growth and profitability; develops estimates at completion (EACs) for revenue recognition.
- Proposal pricing support – May develop cost estimates and pricing structures for new bids and contract modifications.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Adhere to company's AS9100 and QMS policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- This role is essential for maintaining transparency, accuracy, and accountability across complex defense programs. You may be required to participate in audits.
Education/Experience:
- B.A or B.S. degree required in finance or related field with 8 years of experience. High School and 12 years of experience is authorized.
- Related experience with Government contracting, financial reporting, and financial systems.
- Secret Clearance and/or the ability to obtain
