We are Systems, LLC a leading manufacturer and designer of loading dock equipment. We continue to GROW and are seeking a motivated team player to join our organization.
This is a role within Systems' Purchasing group. A successful incumbent is expected to assist with S&OP actiivites for all product lines to help monitor inventory levels, ensure system accuracy, expediting for supplier requirements or help with sourcing related activities. This role will assist with various purchasing projects and provide support to the Purchasing or Sourcing Departments. Requires 1 years of relevant work experience and a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (in descending order of percentage of time required)
- Monitor inventory levels and expedite production and supplier requirements as required
- Assist with inventory and parts related issues
- Assist with month-end in compiling receipts for productivity tracker based on ERP system
- Maintain a variety of files and reports; identify opportunities when automation would assist in the overall operations of the group or department
- Assist with continuous improvement and product development projects as needed
- Prepare reports, meeting materials and presentations for management
- This position requires regular and predictable on-site attendance and the ability to work the particular shift and/or schedule to which you are assigned, as well as additional hours as needed.
- Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.
- Protect Chamberlain Group’s and Systems’ reputation by keeping information confidential.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
- Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.
Education/Certifications
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- 1 years of relevant work experience
- Moderate to advanced acumen with Microsoft Office Suite
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including grammar and proofreading
- Strong attention to details with an emphasis on organization and prioritization skills
- Experience working in a Purchasing department
- Familiarity with ERP systems

Salary : $17 - $24
