Job Summary
The CNC Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining computer-controlled machinery to produce high-precision components for the organization. This role ensures machines are correctly calibrated, production runs meet quality specifications, and equipment operates safely and efficiently. The position is essential to supporting high-quality manufacturing output and maintaining consistent production workflows within the regional facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, calibrate, and prepare CNC machines according to engineering specifications and production requirements.
- Load raw materials and monitor machine operations to ensure proper functionality and product quality.
- Inspect finished components using measurement tools to confirm adherence to design specifications and tolerance requirements.
- Perform routine maintenance, basic troubleshooting, and minor repairs on CNC equipment.
- Document production data, maintain accurate logs, and communicate any machine or quality issues to supervisors.
- Ensure work areas meet safety and cleanliness standards at all times.
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Technical training or vocational certification in machining or manufacturing technology preferred.
- Experience operating CNC machinery in a manufacturing or machining environment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Special Requirements
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing for extended periods, lifting materials, and handling tools.
- Willingness to work assigned shifts, including overtime as needed.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
