- Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces, using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies.
- Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces to maintain hygiene standards.
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and trash bags to ensure continuous availability.
- Dispose of waste responsibly and ensure recycling procedures are followed.
- Follow safety protocols when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment to prevent accidents or injuries.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing additional attention or maintenance issues requiring escalation.
- Maintain cleanliness logs and report any damages or safety hazards promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to complete special cleaning projects or deep-clean tasks as scheduled.
Experience
- Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated newcomers.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure thorough cleaning routines.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting, standing, and walking throughout shifts.
- Knowledge of proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
