Project Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and ongoing management of complex healthcare initiatives. This role is responsible for managing contracts, budgets, project performance, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and operational activities while ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope. The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, implementation, and management of complex healthcare projects and programs.
- Oversee contract administration, project performance, budget tracking, expenditures, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Monitor project milestones, timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics.
- Prepare and distribute project status reports, budget updates, and program documentation.
- Coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders, maintain meeting notes, and track action items.
- Develop and maintain project plans, tracking tools, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and documentation.
- Utilize Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and project management tools to support collaboration and project execution.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure successful project implementation and continuous process improvement.
- Identify project risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions.
- Support grant-related activities, reporting requirements, and special projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience.
- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Experience managing healthcare, government, or large-scale operational projects.
- Experience with contract management, budget development, project tracking, and performance reporting.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with healthcare program implementation or public sector projects.
- Experience with grant management, quality improvement, and performance evaluation.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and project tracking software.
Salary : $50 - $65
