Appliance Delivery & Installation Driver Helper
Full-Time | Weekly Pay | Contracted with Major Retailer
We are currently hiring motivated and dependable Driver Helpers to support appliance delivery and installation for a major retail partner. This is a hands-on, physically active role ideal for individuals who take pride in teamwork and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload appliances safely from box trucks
- Support installation of refrigerators, stoves, washers, dryers, and other appliances
- Remove and dispose of old appliances as needed
- Help inspect all installations to ensure proper function and check for leaks
- Maintain clean, damage-free work areas in customers’ homes
- Provide a professional and positive customer experience at every delivery
Requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift heavy appliances
- Experience using a 2-wheel dolly and assisting with team lifting (shoulder straps used inside homes)
- Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions
- Comfortable using a smartphone for job-related tasks
- Commitment to safety and customer satisfaction
Performance Expectations
- Reliable must be on time 6am-4pm
- Complete all scheduled deliveries efficiently and safely
- Maintain high customer satisfaction (5-star/10-star service standard)
- Work as part of a team with a 100% effort mindset every day
Pay: $120.00 per day
Experience:
- Moving: 1 year (Required)
- Appliance Installations: 1 year (Preferred)
- Basic Hand Tools: 1 year (Required)
Ability to Commute:
- Mesquite, TX 75150 (Required)
