Location: Washington, DC Metro Area (Hybrid – ~3 days in office)

Job Summary - Equipment Rental Sales Representative
We are seeking a motivated Equipment Rental Sales Representative to drive crane & heavy equipment rental business in the DC metro area. This role focuses on developing new business, managing client relationships, and coordinating rental projects from quote to completion.
Responsibilities - Equipment Rental Sales Representative
- Generate new crane/heavy equipment rental business and maintain existing accounts
- Meet with customers to assess project needs and recommend equipment
- Prepare accurate quotes and coordinate scheduling with dispatch
- Conduct job site visits and follow up on upcoming projects
- Maintain weekly sales activity reports
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper documentation
- Support billing, credit checks, and collections as needed
Qualifications - Equipment Rental Sales Representative
- Experience in equipment rental, construction, or related industry preferred
- Strong sales and customer relationship skills
- Knowledge of cranes/heavy equipment is a plus
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage priorities independently
