About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead the implementation, optimization, and long-term management of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This is a highly visible role that will partner closely with executive leadership, third-party consultants, and cross-functional teams to ensure the ERP platform supports business growth, operational efficiency, and future scalability. The ideal candidate has successfully led ERP implementations within a manufacturing, distribution, or product-based environment and enjoys driving complex projects from planning through execution.

Key Responsibilities

ERP Implementation & System Management

• Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the company's ERP platform (Acumatica)
• Serve as the internal ERP Project Manager and primary liaison with third-party implementation partners
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable ERP solutions
• Manage system upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing platform performance
• Configure workflows, user roles, permissions, and business process automation

Project Leadership

• Develop and manage ERP project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee external consultants
• Drive continuous process improvements to maximize ERP performance and business efficiency
• Maintain system integrity, security, and data accuracy

Data & Reporting

• Establish data governance standards and maintain data quality
• Develop dashboards, reports, and business intelligence tools to support decision-making
• Manage integrations between the ERP platform and third-party business applications
• Conduct system audits and ensure compliance with internal controls

User Support & Training

• Develop user training programs and documentation
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to business users
• Partner with department leaders to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Serve as the primary internal resource for ERP best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• A minimum of 3 years of ERP implementation and project management experience
• Experience with ERP platforms such as Acumatica, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or Epicor
• Manufacturing, distribution, or product-based industry experience
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional ERP implementations and manage third-party consultants
• Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills
