What You’ll Be Doing
Systemates, Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR & Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day human resources and operational activities. This role assists with payroll preparation, recruiting, benefits administration, employee relations, and general HR compliance. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and able to manage sensitive information with discretion.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and validate payroll data, including time tracking, deductions, and benefit adjustments.
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Post job openings, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and support the hiring process from start to finish.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.
- Provide general HR support and respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Support benefits administration including enrollments, changes, and vendor coordination.
- Assist with HR reporting, audits, and documentation requirements.
- Help plan and coordinate employee engagement and culture initiatives.
- Contribute to process improvements and special projects within HR and operations.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all employee and company matters.
Desired Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in human resources, payroll, or administrative support.
- Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems (QuickBooks, Bamboo, Workday, or similar).
- General knowledge of HR practices, including recruiting, benefits, and compliance.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
Where you'll be working
This is a hybrid full-time role based out of our Richardson, TX office. Monday-Thursday will be spent in-office and Friday is a work-from-home day.
