Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Structural & Payload Design Engineer to support the design, integration, certification, and production of aircraft interior and payload systems. The role involves working with cross-functional teams to develop aircraft interior components, support production, and ensure compliance with FAA/EASA requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Civil Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 9 years of engineering experience in aircraft design, systems integration, certification, or related aerospace engineering.
- Experience with engineering design and product development.
- Experience supporting production engineering and manufacturing.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of FAA Title 14 Part 25 and/or EASA certification requirements.
- Experience with aircraft interior systems and payload design.

- Lavatories
- Galleys
- Cabin Lighting
- Cargo Compartments
- Configuration Management
- Production Integration
- Experience using CATIA or other 3D CAD design software.
- Knowledge of aerospace materials, design criteria, and engineering release processes.

- Program or project management experience.
- Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage schedules, risks, resources, and project milestones.
