About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Experiential Marketing Coordinator to support the planning and execution of high-impact guest experiences and events at its Experience Center headquarters in San Francisco.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver immersive experiences showcasing Client’s cutting-edge audio, video, and imaging technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead agenda creation and logistics planning for HQ Experience Center guest visits
- Coordinate:
- Tech showcases
- Presenters
- Meeting spaces
- Food & Beverage arrangements
- Support customer, partner, press, and internal events
- Assist with executive networking receptions and Cinema movie screenings
- Help cross-functional teams successfully host events at HQ
- Support operational optimization, reporting, and data tracking initiatives
- Contribute to unforgettable guest experiences for high-profile partners and customers
