Position: CT Technologist
Location: 1000 Johnson Ferry Road NE, Atlanta, GA 30342
Pay & Compensation
- Gross Weekly Pay: $2,628/36 Hours
- Taxable Rate: $21.00/Hour (W-2)
- Non-Taxable Stipend: $1,872/Week
- Overtime Rate: $93.00/Hour
- Bonus: Up to $250 Travel Bonus $250 Contract Extension Bonus
Position Details
- Contract Length: 13 Weeks
- Start Date: August 10, 2026
- End Date: November 7, 2026
- Shift: Night Shift
- Schedule: Friday, Saturday & Sunday | 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week
- Department: CT Imaging
- EMR: Cerner
- No Local Candidates: Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
Responsibilities
- Perform a wide variety of CT imaging procedures according to physician orders.
- Produce high-quality diagnostic CT images while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Assist with imaging for Emergency Department (ED) and inpatient populations.
- Prepare patients for CT procedures and explain the examination process.
- Operate and maintain CT imaging equipment following department protocols.
- Accurately document patient information and procedures in Cerner EMR.
- Follow radiation safety guidelines and infection prevention standards.
- Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and the healthcare team to provide excellent patient care.
- Work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume CT department.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent CT Technologist experience
- Current ARRT (CT) Certification
- Current AHA BLS Certification
- Experience working in a busy Emergency Department and inpatient setting
