GMB is currently seeking a Digital Experience Designer (Mobile-First UI/UX) to fill a role on our Creative Marketing Agency team. The purpose of this role is to create intuitive, accessible, mobile-first digital design that drives engagement and conversion.

As a Digital Experience Designer With GMB You Will
- Translate brand strategy into compelling, mobile-first digital design with a strong UX foundation for websites, landing pages, email campaigns, paid media creative, and other digital experiences
- Collaborate with the UX strategist on wireframes and create prototypes in Figma
- Infuse digital best practices, accessibility standards, and emerging technologies and trends into creative digital design that drives engagement and conversion with target audiences
- Contribute to digital design systems and scalable component libraries
- Manage multiple projects and guide creative digital media design from concept and wireframing through final production
- Pitch and present digital creative concepts to clients and internal teams, with the ability to explain the strategy behind the creative thinking and design

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years digital design experience (5 preferred)
- Strong mobile-first portfolio emphasizing knowledge and experience in creative, digital design and UX, included with application materials
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience designing for CMS-driven websites (WordPress is a plus)
- Understanding of UX fundamentals, responsive design principles and user journey thinking
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with teammates and clients
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines at a high-production volume
- Print design experience
- Experience with motion/video editing
- A design assignment may be included in interview process
- A self-starter with great time management who thrives in an environment with cross-discipline collaboration and team level decision making
- An individual who contributes beyond themselves, is motivated by their team's success and works hard to ensure it
- Someone who enjoys trying new ideas and constantly improving
