Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager located in Tacoma, WA..
The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for executing effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets. Daily tasks will include identifying and engaging potential clients (B2B Cold Calling, Door 2 Door), building and maintaining relationships with customers, conducting sales presentations, and negotiating contracts. The role will also entail assisting the VP in anything that contributes to the overall growth of the company.
Qualifications
- Sales and Marketing skills, including expertise in sales strategies and customer relationship management
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to negotiate and close deals
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills for efficient sales tracking and forecasting
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the facility services or building maintenance industry is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications
- Bi-Lingual a PLUS but not required.
