Role Description The Account Executive role is a Full Time, Field Sales opportunity based in Meridian, ID. The position is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities. Daily responsibilities include conducting outbound outreach, scheduling and delivering in-person sales presentations, and understanding client facility service needs to propose tailored solutions. The role also includes managing and growing assigned accounts, ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction, and maintaining regular follow-up with key decision-makers. The Outside Sales Account Executive will collaborate with internal operations teams to support smooth service implementation and renewal, track sales activity in a CRM system, and meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Demonstrated skills in Sales Presentations and communicating value propositions to prospective clients.
  • Prior Experience in Sales, New Business Development, or Lead Generation, including prospecting.
  • Proven ability in Account Management and maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills, with the ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders.
  • Comfort working in the field, visiting client sites, and representing the company in person.
  • Self-motivated with strong time management, organization, and follow-through abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic proficiency in standard office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations).
  • Previous B2B sales experience, preferably in facility services, building maintenance, or related industries, is a plus.
