Position Overview

Duties And Responsibilities
- Deliver seasoned aviation training proposal support.
- Prepare and supervise major proposal color reviews and recovery
- Assist business development, the RFP Capture Manager, and technical writers
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or an Aviation related discipline
- 15 Years of successful experience in the development of highly technical, winning proposals with award value greater than $100 million.
- 3 years of specific, relevant experience preparing aviation training
- 3 years of experience creating proposals for aviation training proposals
- At least 2 years of experience using Sharepoint, NextStage or similar proposal management software.
- 3 years of experience leading/participating in proposal color reviews
- Strong knowledge of DoD Aviation PEOs/PMOs associated with aviation as well as FAA regulations and military standards for training.
- On a scale of 1 – 5, with 5 being the highest level of skill, at least level 4 skills in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and Sharepoint
