Position Description:
The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for performing Recruiting/HR-related duties and will work closely with HR management in support of larger corporate initiatives and in the functional areas of recruitment utilizing TALEO Applicant Tracking System (ATS), training, onboarding, development, record-keeping, and general HR compliance.
Responsibilities:
· Leading and providing guidance to the corporate recruiting team.
· Responsible for recruiting aviation, technical, administrative and management positions throughout the company and subsidiaries, in multiple locations.
· Developing and implementing recruitment strategies and review job posting qualifications.
· Sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and negotiating job offers.
· Maintaining relationships with hiring managers and evaluating various departmental operations to identify needs of hiring additional staff.
Experience/Skills Required:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field and at least eight years of related experience in a Federal Contractor corporate facility.
· A skill level of 3 out of 5 or better with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
· Eight years of experience recruiting aviation, technical, administrative and management positions in the DOD sector.
· Eight years of experience working with hiring managers in the development of job descriptions, requisitions and candidate criteria.
· Five years of experience with Taleo or other Recruiting/Applicant Tracking Systems.
· Two years of experience working Federal and State laws regarding employment practices.
· One year of experience in recruitment activities for both CONUS/OCONUS.
· Two years of experience with job offers, drug testing, background checks, licensures, education, required specific training, and verification of all pre-employment paperwork.
